Copy Paste Not Working in Adobe Illustrator

I’m having huge issues with copy-pasting while using Adobe Illustrator v25 CC on my ShadowPC. It seems like the keyboard shortcut “CTRL+C” is not registering on my ShadowPC half the time. I press the shortcut and then there is nothing on the clipboard. Does anyone have this issue or know a solution to troublesome keyboard shortcuts while using Illustrator on ShadowPC?

 

  • Application type - Mac

  • Shadow Client Version - Official?

  • Local device - MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

  • Datacenter location - California

  • Connection speed - avg 95.8 ms latency

What are you trying to copy paste? That latency and its consistency may partially be at fault. But I have 165 ms ping to Shadow and my copy paste works fine for images and text, is your connection stable and consistent?

I was just trying to copy simple shapes, like small rectangles. Yup, connection is stable and consistent.
