Since recently I have a cut screen with a black frame at the top and the bottom of my shadow computer. This black frame exists both on iPad and on my MacBook.
I updated my graphics driver recently could it have something to do with that can someone help me?

Max - when you say you updated a graphics driver, do you mean on the Shadow VM?
Are you saying that on the iPad, the Shadow desktop would completely fill the screen? And if so, what resolution is/was it using?
Do you have a screenshot from the Shadow client running on the Mac?
