So i live in Amsterdam and there is a DataCenter really close to me but instead of a dutch IP i get a IP from United Kingdom.

All new orders in the EU are currently being activated in the Paris datacenter. The Paris datacenter does not have any dutch IP addresses available which is why you get assigned a UK IP address as it is more likely for people from the Netherlands to be able to understand English instead of German or French.
