So I’ve been using Shadow for a while now, and overall very happy with it. However, there are some moments during my gameplay where I experience a big quality drop, which results in a huge lag spike. Obviously, when this happens in a shooter, it can really mess up your game. Its also not game dependant, as I also play some casual Sea of Thieves, and it happens there as well. I don’t know if its something to do with my connection, but I would like to troubleshoot it somehow. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

How are you connected to your router? Does this also happen at 5 bandwidth?

Connected on the 5Ghz channel. Have not been connected via LAN cable at all.

You should try that. As well as 5 bandwidth.

What do you mean by 5 bandwidth?

Lately I’ve seen this being driven by latency spiking, usually on the backbone and not something that can be really resolved (this is congestion in this case on the internet in general), but traditionally this type of behavior was almost always do to packet loss.  Is your stats panel showing any packet loss, or even a big jump in latency around when you see this?
