Email Authorization Code Won't Accept

For the first time that I can remember, I’m being asked to enter an email auth code that is emailed to me at the time of logging into shadow.  I enter the code and it says the code is wrong even though I triple checked and it’s right.  I clicked option to request a new code and that one doesn’t work either… tried that until it said i have no more attempts left and to try again later.


What’s going on?  How can the code I’m being sent not work?

OK, close… I closed Shadow reopened and somehow it then accepted the next code.  That was odd...

Closing and reopening fixed mine also after I had the same problem you did
