Error code: L-104, cannot connect to shadow, ever

    no clue, got it from the link in the mail that said my shadow was ready

  • Local device CPU

  • Local device GPU

  • Datacenter location (check

  • Connection speed (Datacenter speed tests EU: Paris | AMS or US: CA | TX |CH | NY)
    around 50 Mb/s

  • Description of issue

    i can never connect,   i always get Error code: L-104.
    Can confirm it is NOT a network issue on my end

    is this to be fixed ?    or should i just go for a full refund ?

    edit: yes i have already tried the steps from
    didnt help

Is the network you are using only IPV6?
