I haven't been able to start up the computer for several hours. I've tried restarting it multiple times and Uninstalling the app. I was unsure if anyone from the shadow team has noticed or not so I figured I'd make a ticket. I would greatly appreciate the help.

I finally was able to find a solution on my own.
For desktop users, the Beta launcher works for me.
You can find it here: https://update.shadow.tech/launcher/preprod/win/x64/ShadowBetaSetup.exe
I’m sure you might be able to install the beta mobile app and give that a try too.
