Error code: R-109

Says shadow is ready.

When I click start now.

It connects and then with a few seconds disconnects with error code: Error code: R-109

 

I tried closing shadow and restarting.

It’s updated to latest.

Tried restarting my mac.

Tried resetting settings.

I tried with ethernet and wireless connection

I tried the modem thing too. didnt work

@dusanmilkoAre you a new subscriber, and Shadow has never worked for you?

You will likely need to engage Blade support (from your account page). It’s very possible there is an aspect of your setup that is blocking/interfering connections.

I’ve been using it for over a year and worked fine 2 days ago.

Indeed, strange...but afaik those R error codes are real problems on the client (your) side. Do you have another device to try for a comparison? Is your Mac a laptop, where you could potentially test it from another location?
