i want to start shadow but it give me error R-304 i do reinstall it but dont work, help me please.

I’ve got the same issue all of a sudden. Just started today. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the shadow client.

Updating video drivers resolved the issue

I know there is a forum on this already but I am getting the error code R-304 and none of the answers on that forum helped me so Im making another one. I’m in a virtual machine but the virtual machine is running on an intel I7 and 4 gigabytes of ram so I dont think that is the problem. It happens 100% of the time and I have tried restarting my computer, redownloading the launcher, and changing the resolution. Nothing works!

Shadow needs to use some gpu in order to run it. If your VM doesn’t have a gpu, it cannot run shadow. I am experiencing the same issue as you.
