Error G-403 Today

Hello - Today I reset my password per an email I received from Shadow.  When I log into Shadow I now receive a G-403 Error.  I have uninstalled, did a re login etc..  Any Suggestions?

I've been down since the 13th with the same issue. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from support since then. 

Looks like this is affecting a bunch of users, but support isn't helping much.

Im at a loss as to what to do then if its been 5 days for you already.  Does anyone know if the devs are aware of this?

The support person that responded to me on the 13th said they sent it to the devs... But I haven't heard anything since. 

I can't even cancel without contacting support since this issue removed that link from my account page. All I see is "Shadow (subscription.details.status.in_trial)"

Shadow support is under a bit of load due to the power preorders set to come Oct 26, 2022 I suspect support times should improve drastically after that date. In the meantime given your issue is stopping you from accessing shadow; -when it is resolved, ask support what they can do for the time lost. -Gelgoog 

Couple issues I'm having my shadow says in trial which won't let me into my shadow to play and on top of that when I login into my account I can't find out when I have to pay my next months subscription anyone have any ideas ??

Yep, been down since the 13th as well. Honestly, this outage has prompted me to just go ahead and spend the cash on a gaming/dev PC. Doesn’t look like I’ll be subscribing much longer, which is a shame because it’s a great service otherwise.

They better fix it before MW2 comes out so I can play it on my Steam Deck cuz this is the platform for me to play call of duty on it and I don't want my money wasted

Let me translate this for everyone: We(the company) care more about bring in new money in than keeping old customers members.

 

Please dont take this as an attack on you Gelgoog, I know you have no control over the company, its dev team, or its actions.

I finally was able to find a solution on my own after being without support for 7 days...

For desktop users, the Beta launcher works for me.

No worries, I don’t take this as an attack on me. 

 

I’m sure if you ever had a bank website go down and you call into the bank you get greeted with “were experiencing higher call volumes at this time” message…..

Oddly enough that same “were experiencing higher then normal call volumes at this time” applies here as well. 

I just know from working support that during major launches Ticket time increases.

The amount of people with questions about the upgrade and their unique circumstances causes a massive load of tickets to fill the ticket tracker.

This inevitably causes response times to slip for responding to people. 
If anything goes bump during the upgrade anyone who has experienced issues will also file tickets.

Given that there have been some bumps during the transition….. 
But there is hope!
I know support will get back to anyone who has tickets in their system and will work with those users until a resolution is reached.
