Hi I am having an extremely annoying problem, I accidentally dragged File Explorer outside my shadow desktop and whenever I try to open files it will just show in the task bar that its open but I can't see it. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried rebooting and every other similar thing on the internet.

Try some windows keybord shortcuts.

Press Alt-Space, then M, then any cursor key (←/↑/→/↓). Now the window is attached to your mouse and you can move it anywhere.

Alternatively you can Shift-Right-Click the task bar icon and select “Move” from there. Still need to press any cursor key to get the mouse attached, that’s an ancient and annoying quirk of Windows...

Shadow sometimes has a hidden 2nd monitor. If you go in and set the monitors to ‘duplicate’ it will pull over anything from the other monitor.

Win + Tab may be a solution here
