FPS/Hz - Shadow Infinite - Future support

Hi all,

I am not too technial and experienced, so please bear with me - my questions relate to my Shadow Infinite instance

1. Will Shadow ever be able to support 4k 120Hz and beyond? - At the moment the Shadow Ghost hardware is limited to 60hz. Is there a plan in future to move up, as having a very powerful GPU seems to be wasted at only 60Hz/60FPS?
2. If you set screen resolution to 1,920x1,080 HD (connected to a 144Hz monitor / screen), shadow allows 144Hz - does windows automatically detect this and set the windows resolution to 144Hz? Or will you have to go in and manually change.
