I have change my password and for 3 times,. and now i cant acees my shadow its says error G-403.

 

What is going on?

In order for someone to understand in more detail what is going on please fill out this template:

With what I am pulling right now, a lot of us are having this error and the company at least as far as I can see, has not said anything in any official capacity, tech support team takes days if not weeks to response. There are a couple of fixes on the forum and the discord. I do suggest you try them and if you are lucky they will work and fix your issue. use the search function, if you are  having trouble finding said sources respond here and I will help as I can. good speed.

Unfortunately, you're now at the mercy of the support team. I would suggest submitting a ticket, they'll probably put it on hold and pass it along to the devs and you'll be down until they do anything, but at least they'll hopefully start working on a fix with the uptick of tickets on the same issue. 

 

Put in prospective, I've had this same issue since October 13th and haven't been able to access my Shadow PC since then.

I understand that they are in a migration to a new website, but should never have emailed to change your password, if you can't get in after that, this is an fault/ decission I charge shadow, me and other subscribers are duped by it . I'm curious how they're going to fix this and compensate us. with an month or more for free, a good monthly discount on the power update, i pay € 30.00 per month which is a lot of money for a service i can't use. This just isn't possible. you alten us to fate about...

it's a known bug in Shadow that almost everyone has problems with, but nothing is done about it. Support puts it to Development, they don't do anything with it. and we are without shade that we will pay for.

agreed,  and the company being dead quiet about it. from what I can pull from the offical line. MAYBE JUST MAYBE, they will be less busy around the 26th. And then they can work on our problems.

I finally was able to find a solution on my own.

For desktop users, the Beta launcher works for me.
