I have a reallyyyyy great MacBook but im still crashing and lagging in games idk what to do anymore videos aren't helping nothing is solving low graphics everything idk what to do

I believe the quality of your internet connection is the most important thing when it comes to how much lag you get, and not necessarily the quality of the hardware you’re using. I sometimes use Shadow through a low-end PC and have no issues with lag, as long as my internet connection is good.

Have you tried disabling "Location Services", "Find my Mac", VPN, firewall, or any anti-virus on your local Mac when using Shadow? We've seen these to cause latency issues in the past.
