So, some game servers will block VPNs and Proxys for the sake of security or blocking alts. But my problem lies with the fact that these servers identify shadow as such. I was wondering if there were work arounds or a fix for this. Or maybe there just isn’t. Thank you.

your shadow is in a datacenter and obviously has a datacenter IP-Address. You cannot install VPN services to change your shadows IP-address, so there is no workaround. You would have to contact support or an administrator of the game/server you are trying to connect to. They would have to whitelist shadows IP-range.
