Got charged twice on my debit card

try to open an account. I used my main email to register but card got declined. Then I used my second Email to register it worked but I ended up being charged twice. first time is 9.99 USD due to I was register my main email account, I used a promo code. so it only charged me for 9.99 but It still says declined on the web page. second time was due to my successful register so thats fine.

If your first attempt failed, the charges should drop after a few business days. It’s most likely on hold because of the first payment attempt.

If it doesn’t drop after a few business days(give it a week), you should contact the Shadow support.
