Graphical glitch on games

Hello there,

I am having some sort of graphical glitches when playing games and this is sth that did not happen some weeks ago.
I intended to record it with screen capture but the glitch is gone on the videos so my only chance to share with you what I am experiencing is recording it via the camera of my phone. I know it does not seem very noticeable in the videos but I ensure that is very annoying.
It is like all the graphic edges get illuminated when I move the camera. If I keep it still, no apparent problem.

I tried to reduce the connexion bandwidth, "prefer reliability" over speed, change from official app to beta, update the graphic card drivers etc but no luck.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hey. I’m also having in game issues I wasn’t having before updating the Launcher to v4.14.19.

 

v4.14.17 seemed way more stable and didn’t have any issues. I got an email saying that there were some issues with updating it, and to uninstall/reinstall and that would fix it. Since then, my in game FPS is significantly lower than it used to be and makes some games no longer as enjoyable considering I have the Infinite package.

 

A week ago, I could play AC Syndicate and Hitman II in 4k, Ultra etc, and now they struggle to get over 30 FPS, which considering the hardware, seems like an issue. Hopefully it’s a small issue, but just wanted you to know you’re not alone.

@FRRN @Kenn Is it still an issue for you two? Have you tried opening tickets?

Hi @Lily , yes, I still have issues.
It seems that at 4K/60 there are no graphical glitches but switching to 1440p/120 (my personal sweet spot) is when those blinking edges show up. Both Host and Shadow PCs are set at the same resolution and refresh rate.

Thanks mate! Besides the problem remains, I appreciate people from the community letting know that one is not alone when problems arise.
