graveline performence downgrade? a shame that my shadow ultra is currently only running on boost, what is currently going on in graveline?

That shouldn’t happen at all. You should get an Intel Xeon W3235 and an NVIDIA Quadro RTX5000 with 16GB RAM. If that is not the case you can shut off your Shadow, close the launcher, wait 15min and start again. This will provide you a new set of hardware. If the issue still persists you should reach out to Shadow directly via your customer account page at https://shdw.me/account.
