When ever I go to shut down , when I go to hit the off button, and the next it asks again if i want to shut down , i try to hit the button, it wont let me click on it. and i have to use task manager to get out.

Clearing your app cache may also help:
0. Uninstall Shadow
1. Download and install CCleaner (Free version: https://www.ccleaner.com/)
2. Run CCleaner and run an "Health Check" and cleanup
3. Go to the your %appdata% folder (Windows search '%appdata') and delete all 'Shadow'-related folders
4. Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow (file:///C://Users/username/.shadow)
5. Restart your computer
6. Download and install Shadow again at https://account.shadow.tech/apps
