have not been able to use my shadow'ed for 26 hours now.

tells me nothing I can use for anything, only that they are [Investigating]
i'm not saying i want a fix and it should be now.
just want some info, what happened? what are they working on? how will they fix it? and so on.
(wishful thinking) a timeline could be perfect.
