So I am looking to figure out how do i upgrade to the shadow infinite from Boost?

Hi WinterStorm,
In the United States, you will have the option to upgrade to Infinite in limited quantities if you are in specific data centers during the summer of 2020. General Availability for the other data centers is slated for 2021.
