High Latency on Spain

Hi Shadow Team,

I have just subscribed to the power upgrade option servers in Spain, but I am very disappointed with the performance because I have found high latency on the server with ping greater than 40 ms which is really not acceptable to play fluidly.

I tried on a few systems (macOS, mobile, iPad...) and different connections (mobile 5G, Home Wifi, Others Home Wifi...) and I have found always same results…

Is there any way to improve my ping so I can play fluidly?

Welcome! Sorry to hear about the latency you are experiencing. I strongly suggest connecting over Ethernet if possible.
