High Ping on shadow boost

Hi Shadow Team,

I am getting unusually high ping on my instance of shadow boost. My ping y last month was usually around 20 ms. But now the best ping I am getting in my new shadow instance is 40, but usually is 50, which makes anything unplayable.

I am really concerning if this have relation with the new shadow changes (maybe some infrastructure change), or if is only something punctual and it will be fixed in a few days.

Hi @fjsantosb,

 

Please go to your shadow client and click the button send logs. Then take the code it spits out and include that in a ticket to shadow so they can take a look at your connection to their dc. -Gelgoog
