Cannot find the answer to this elsewhere so thought I’d ask to see if I can find out.
how exactly are ip’a assigned to a shadow, If I was to reset my shadow and wipe it will my ip change and am i able to request a new ip if that’s not possible

You’d need to ask the support people via a ticket, but I’m quite sure they are NATing public IPs to groups of VMs, vs. a 1:1 mapping. It’s highly likely that if you reset your Shadow, you’ll end up with the same public IP.
I should also mention, that being concerned about your public IP triggers suspicion that you are doing something nefarious on the VM.
