How do you play stretched resolution in games like csgo?

I was wondering knows how to play 4:3 strectched resolution without changing your own resolution of your screen to make the black bars go away.

I don’t believe it’s possible at all. I’ve tried pretty much all methods you could think of and I’ve found it impossible.
