How much time take upgrade from Basic to Power upgrade? And where can i see it?

Hmm interesting Jonathan. I recently upgraded a month ago, and while I love the service it took your "engineers" 3 weeks to upgrade me. Was not the best experience doing the upgrade. Just FYI

It should take about an hour. You can look at your DxDiag on your Shadow to determine if it’s been upgraded properly.
