I downloaded an application that installed vjoy drivers, which I now want to uninstall. If I simply uninstall the driver, my real controllers no longer work, but when I reinstall it everything works again. Can someone help me?

Support couldn't help me either. Is there a way to reinstall the controller drivers?

Hello @annol98

Maybe this is helpful:

  • Unplug your Gamepad
  • Inside Shadow, open a command prompt as an administrator: click on the Windows button and type in 'cmd'. Right click on "Command Prompt” and choose "Launch as Administrator"
  • In Command Prompt, you should copy the following command: MsiExec.exe /x {37FD52BF-1242-4404-82A3-0ABC2F2ECDBB}
  • Press "Enter" to validate
  • Restart Windows inside Shadow
  • After the restart, you should let some time before using the Gamepad. This will allow the Shadow components to start, and it takes around 5 minutes.
  • After these 5 minutes, you can retry using the gamepad.

Is it Parsec that caused this issue for you?

I installed the driver with x360ce. This driver ensures that another controller is displayed as connected, which causes problems with some games. Already tried to fix it via virtualhere by uninstalling the driver and connecting the controller via virtualhere. The problem is that the xbox controller is not shown to me in virtualhere. I try the solution first.

That didn't help. I uninstalled the x360ce driver and service and restarted, but now I see the vjoy controller again.
