I tried changing my password. It won’t let me sign into my shadow through the website either. I can’t access my account it constantly says that my email or password is invalid. I signed in through here with my Email though, I don’t know why it won’t work.

@Desken I’ve actually escalated this into a CS ticket for you! You should be hearing from them soon. We’re still doing some testing so please let me know if there’s anything odd about the post escalation process. (Ideally we don’t want you to have to repeat yourself if you’ve already asked in the forum).
