I got my shadow in febuary and I was wondering if you upgrade the pcs’s over time with new parts

There are three datacenters which have the tiers ultra and infinite available atm. That are: Chicago (US), Dallas (US) and Gravelines (FR). The specs will be upgraded by the time but you cannot update anything by your own besides buying ultra or infinite. Specs:
