factory resetting and discord
So the discord issue dont know if it can be resolved here if it cant not to worried about it but was in discord never muted or anything my acc. got hacked posted something in there cant re join to ask the same question im asking here which is how do i reset my shadow to factory settings? everywhere keeps saying my account but that before they redid the website so now i have no idea where to find it
Fordward Speakers and USB Headset together
Hello Shadow Community,i have some USB Speakers and an Additional USB Headset. How can i forward both Devices to my Shadow?I want to listen to Music with my Speakers and also Listen to Sound on Headset with Teamspeak on my Shadow.Microphone Forwarding is no Problem but how can i forward the Default Speaker and the Headset Speaker at the Same time? USB Device Redirection is not good enough. It is buggy and crashes from time to time after some minutes. So i need the built in Sound redirection of Shaodw which only allows me to Forward my Primary Sound Device.
Hello. I bought my Shadow Power Upgrade in France, but I'm from Romania. Your platform works great, only the ping leaves a lot to be desired and I don't know how to solve this. I have the best internet in my country, 1Gb speed to be exact. I also play via wi-fi which gets a maximum of 200 mb, but that's not a problem because it's enough. I wanted to know if you will ever make a center in Romania or at least closer to Romania?
Error U:101: sorry, an issue happened with the update services in your shadow
I get this error when using the beta iOS latest version but not on the public app. I think it’s preventing me from using my shadow. Does any1 kno how to sort it out? I’m resetting my shadow through the my account page right now but I’d like to know if there was another way to sort it out without a desktop as I currently don’t have access to one.
Linux Mint Black Screen

As I posted a few days ago about the massive lag spikes.. I discovered something and am wondering if this could be a possibility: so yesterday. The massive lag spikes returned. But then in my anger I connected to the cloud via my laptop. And to my surprise, latency was fine and completely playable. and the today I got back on my main computer to play. Everything was fine. But then at the tail end of my dungeon and wow, I connected my audio interface (audio box) so I could play out of my nice speakers. Within minutes latency increased and started spiking. could something like an audio interface (which connects to speakers) cause a huge change in lag??
Mouse issue cursor
Hey everyone, I have issues with my mouse recently. It’s hard to explain but, it’s like my moves are exagerated sometimes, and with latence. My mouse is doing well, and suddenly all the movement I make are like amplified, or weird like a drunk man is using it.Only on Shadow, and I have a great connexion so I don’t understand.I’ve checked my pilots and eveything bt can’t seem to figure it out.I use a Logitech G502 mouse, no bluetooth.Any advices ? Hello everyone, First of all, thank you for your time and consideration.I’m using a Mac with Ventura 13.0.1. I’ve already spent 6 hours to make this work properly but just didn’t manager to do it I have the shadow power upgrade package Auto detect gives me 50 Mbps as recommended (did a test through shadow website connection looks great) I tried everything I’m going to write below on Shadow App at first, then Shadow Beta NVIDIA drivers are up to date, Windows 10 is up to date My mouse is a Logitech G502 with USBISSUE 1:Start streaming works 10% of the times, keep getting R108 L104 errors, looked on the forum here, did everything written Once I manage to log onto the streaming, 50% of the times there is no pointer and I need to restart itISSUE 2:The pointer is never shown on full screen mode (if I activate some options on windows with the pointer (for example the one that when you move the pointed to see a trace of the pointer, then suddenly it works) To show the pointed on windowed scre
"Waiting for an available slot forever"
I pay $50 a month for this and having to sit and look at a screen that says "ETA less than one minute" and have it be hours without anything happening is a bit frustrating. I was under the notion that I was paying for something I could access at any point in time, not that I was paying for a place in line that could be longer some days than it is others. Why not make it so the $50 I'm paying for every month goes to a slot that ONLY i can enter, therefore there's never any delays and i can use this service the way I'm supposed to be able to. I'm certain the reply I'm gonna get is the same generic response I see on every other board, but I'll shoot my shot. If I dont get a response that at least mentions why this is even happening by the end of the week, then im going to cancel my subscription. I'm still unable to log in. Thanks.
Severe Connection Loss Spikes
It seems to be random. Some nights I have a flawless experience. Others I get periodic sharp connection loss spikes. everytime I switch over to my actual PC and test the connection everything is fine (usually… sometimes it shows for itself but many times not) I’ll run several tests. Speed tests, packet loss tests. Everything is fine. It just occurs on the shadow. I’ll ping someone 400 times on my regular PC and I won’t have a single packet missed. And then I’ll switch over to my shadow and it’s back to huge lag periodically every 3 minutes or so. is there a setting I can switch to to prevent this? also can someone explain to me the bandwidth thing to me? I’ve read a lot about it but my question is never answered after reading it. Essentially what I’m wondering is, can I lower my bandwidth to sacrifice quality for less lag? My bandwidth autos to 70. If I dropped it down to 15 or something would it help lag? honestly besides what I’ve mentioned I have a good experience. My latency is a

When enabling dual monitors I’m experiencing lag and major stutters. I’ve been using power upgrade since launch with no big problems until yesterday ☹ I know its holiday season and some folks are enjoying their break so maybe the servers are also on Christmas break 😋
When resetting my Shadow with the "Manual" Option, it didn't give me any Windows Configuration (i.e Language, Keyboard Language) but instead boots me Directly into a Pre Configured German Shadow, is this currently a known problem or something? I used this Option over a Year ago last time, But now i wanted to make sure I get a full clean start, and do my settings / set up (i.e Microsoft Account for Game Pass / Microsoft Store) just how i want it.
Switch Pro controller not working on macOS Ventura (13.0.1)
macOS Ventura (13.0.1) with a Switch Pro controller:Connected via Bluetooth: Controller isn’t at all detected Connected via USB-C: Controller is detected but produces garbled data (you can check using the Game Controller settings pane in Windows + also verified in BeamNG)I should add: The controller is correctly identified and usable in macOS itself. Everything works perfectly fine I got a mouse connected and that works also my headset I can hear but whenever I try to speak it just doesn’t work, I’ve tried everything and been having this issue for days it’s like my device doesn’t detect no inputs not even in control panel, help !
Oculus Controller Not Working In-Game
Hello, I have a question.. I load Shadow VR on my Oculus 2 just fine, however when I load up a game, I have no controls. Anyone know how to fix the issue? I've tried all the basic ways (turn off the Oculus, reset batteries for the controllers, shut down Shadow VR and restart the game, ect.)
Shadow Blocks inputs from my pc
Shadow seems to work fine except for one issue. When I have shadow open and its the program that is on top, I lose the ability to push to talk on my main pc for whatever voice service i’m using rather it be discord or teamspeak. When I try to use discord or teamspeak on shadow itself instead, the audio quality isnt great so I would rather just use discord or teamspeak on my own computer while playing my games on shadow. Is something like this possible? I understand I can just turn on voice activation and it will work fine but I am used to using push to talk.
unable to change resolution (over 1080P)
lkiredshaMy client is a Mac Mini M1, my monitor is a LG UltraWide 49WL95C-W 49" (resolution is 5120 x 2880).I only have up to 1080P and when I go to NVIDIA settings the option to add a custom screen resolution is greyed out. in shadow client app, my monitor is detected as Goldstar Company LG HDR DQHD, 192X1080 (tried both production and alpha version) in MacOs (host) here is my resolution, as expected Update, 3840x1080 seems to be the max settings when disabling Always match Shadow resolution with local display » in Video & Display -> Video
