Hi everybody, I have just gotten my new Apple TV 4K and was also planning to use it to play games on my Shadow. While my Nimbus+ is recognised by the Apple TV (I can control TV OS using it), it is not paired in the Shadow app. Is there any extra steps I can do to ensure that I can use my Nimbus Controller to play games via the Apple TV? Thanks a lot!

It will stay on for a second or two, then turn back off for a few seconds. If I use an older monitor I have, it works fine. If I do fullscreen on my actual Laptops screen, it works fine. I have a HP Touchscreen laptop (I have tried enabling the touchscreen in shadow settings as well). The other monitor that i’ve tested and fullscreen works on is a 27inch, 720P I believe.

I’ve tested this on two monitors, one of them runs at 1920 x 1080 @ 240Hz and the other runs at 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz. My settings in shadow are the same. My connection within the shadow application always says “Great” and I have set my maximum bit rate to 70Mbit/s. I’ve also tried H.265 encoding, but it seems to make no difference. Everything is clear when standing still. I have the Shadow Infinite subscrip

I have recently been experiencing corrupt save games across multiple titles and on both the Steam and Ubisoft game launcher.Typically, the game will start and run normally a couple of times and for a few hours. Then, trying to reload, the game will freeze. At first, I thought this was related to the individual game. But playing Hitman 2, the game reported while playing, a “not able to save game” error.Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Thanks,Vidar
So I really REALLY want to use Shadow. It would be perfect. I am mostly wanting it for Fusion 360 modeling and CAM(in Fusion 360). My ping is about 37ms average and the recommended is 30ms, my jitter is 12ms and the recommended is 10. I sometimes lightly game as my computer can’t run much but would love to play some GTA and Minecraft at decent speeds. Is Shadow right for me?
Hello,I am loving shadow! I'm not sure if anyone can help here... As this may be a VD issue with a bit of shadow.... Is there a way to be able to log in from virtual desktop in my quest without needing to stay logged in in my laptop as well? As it stands, it seems I need to start the app up on my laptop, keep it going, and then start up VD on my quest. If I close it on my laptop, I get disconnected from my VD.Thanks for any help!

Hey guys, I’m kinda new here and this is my first topic. So please forgive me if i’m doing this the wrong way.Anyway, I bought the M1 MacBook Pro and with it the PS5 Controller. At first I was able to see the controller in the Shadow Dashboard, but I wasn’t able to play with it. After restarting Shadow and reconnecting my controller, my system wasn’t able to detect it. Even though it’s connected to bluetooth. I’ve been trying to use the USB-C cable to connect it, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I was super excited to finally use my new stuff.. Please help me out!
My shadow boost came with 256G of space. I have ONE steam game loaded on my system and thats all I can install. Therefore, I purchases an additional 512 thinking that would solve the issue. It did not. When I try to install it won’t allow me to install the steam library in the additional storage. Essentially it has wasted my money. I’ve spent countless hours trying to enjoy this shadow setup that a friend told me about but this has been nothing but a headache. I simply want this to operate in a user friendly way. I don’t want to constantly have to fight for hours to try to play a game. Does anyone have any solutions for this because this will be my last attempt before canceling and uninstall?
Not sure if it’s just me but I’ve had trouble trying to boot up Shadow, as it’s always in a loop unless I shut it down and wait 15-30 minutes, and that’s a real pain in the rear. Also had terrible latency issues whenever I start up a game ( going from 20 mbs to 3000) and whenever I’m not starting up a game, my latency is still terrible. I’ve had Shadow for a couple months now and it’s been running great up until these 2 issues came around literally only a couple days ago.
Hey there ;) Is there any way to remap the hotkeys for the quick menu or the mouse lock?I'm playing a game where I have to lock or unlock the mouse quite often. Therefore it would be useful to e.g. map the mouse locking to the mouse wheel.Using a third party app hasn't worked up to now (Tried AutoHotkey and Key Remapper) Anyone who's been successful? Cheers!
My system is Windows 10.I have hired Shadow and I only have 2 days with the service and I already have problems logging in, I have un-installed the application and deleted what was shadow on my computer, I have installed the application again but I have the same error. How can I solve this and if someone else has had these problems, how have they solved it?Thank you.
I played late into the night last and barely had any issues at all. Got up and had my coffee and jumped on at about 11 AM Central and been trying to play off and on till now at 4PM central and I’ve had lag issues all day. Granted, I’m playing Skyrim VR using Virtual Desktop, but yesterday was mostly fine. SO I’m guessing that I’m trying to play during my data center’s peak time and am seeing a performance hit from it. I did a speed test on my Oculus Quest and I’m pulling down over 100 Mbps and the shadow is uploading over 100 so I think it has to be performance issues from so many users on at the moment. Anyway, if someone can give me some advice on how to fix it, it would be much obliged. My activation was yesterday so I hope this isn’t the norm. :/
