<Edit of question - found fix>Solution to two issues still existing in the android app with mic forwarding.A) users experience sound working but mic not workingB) users experience mic working but with a 5-10 second delay on input. <First enable mic in app of course :))Fix for me:1) rightclick sounds (taskbar) )))2) click recording3) rightclick Externtal mic headphone > Select: Configure Speech recognition4) Go to: Advanced speech options (left side)5) Click advanced at the bottom.6) Select: Use this audio device (Don't select preferred device)7) Select: configure microphone. Run test.8) Restart Shadow.Now it should work on Teamspeak, Discord. Try it out. Hopefully it works for you.Cheers.Paco

hi folks i have been having this issue plague me for a while now. my shadow keeps on making like what i can describe as a notification noise. the thing is nothing pops up and i cannot find where this noise is coming from. i have checked my local pc and disabled my notifications i have done the same on my shadow one. this noise is intermittent and makes gaming difficult. i managed to get a recording of the sound so that the tech team could hear it. if any1 can help with this extremely frustrating noise i would appreciate it.
So i have shadow on my android tv. And it works fine but i found smthn very interesting my one steam game need for speed most wanted 2012 when i open it, it doesnt load instead what it does is it breaks the stream and says to check resolution and that to update any drivers. But heres the thing it works on my computer i use for school it loads fine. so why isnt it working on my android tv and instead breaking the stream causing it to not work and then i have to go back and close the app and shut down shadow to stream again.
Since the last update (Versions I am on Launcher v4.22.9, client 3.9.8) I can’t see my mouse pointer. It works because I can move it arround and see icons get highlighted and I can get the right click menu, I just cant see it. I have tried changing the size, color, etc and same thing. I just cant see it.
I am having trouble with vr. I want to play blade and sorcery on my quest using shadow, but its unplayable. It loads in but it lags so hard that It wont move and there is a black screen around. I know this can be from wifi, but is there anything that can be done? If there's not I will just cancel my membership because that would just be a waste of money.
Anyone know how to fix this? I don’t think it used to be an issue for me but more recently its started causing major problems. Absolutely unplayable with zoom in use rn. Also don’t judge me for gaming on zoom :)
My Shadow Ultra has the tendency to completely shut off my mic on every single application I use this includes GTA 5 Online, Red Dead Online, FiveM, Discord and many more.I have no idea why any of this happens and it seems the only way that I can even hear audio sometimes is to completely shut down my computer and Shadow then restart both of them. If anyone else runs into this issue please let people know. Also if anyone here plays RedM and is unable to even launch the application apparently that problem has been going on for years with shadow in both versions of the program both Shadow Ultra and Shadow Boost.

I know that you can just contact them through your Account Page: https://account.shadow.tech/ → Support tab but shouldn’t there be an option to change the email address yourself? Or is this intentionally set up this way for safety reasons?Please teach me your ways.Dee
As mentioned in the title, Disco Elysium, in particular, constantly becomes unresponsive during gameplay. Restarting streaming fixes the issue, however, this is not always possible. Sometimes pressing the button for restart does nothing. Then I need to hit Win+Alt+Q to force quit streaming, kill all Shadow tasks in Task Manager and start streaming again. This can get quite tedious when the game freezes in a minute or two after going through the aforementioned ordeal. I haven’t had this issue in any other game I’ve played. Additionally, I’m playing the game via Steam.
Hi, I run a Mac client to a Windows10 Shadow image. In fullscreen mode, my mouse pointer is slow and jumpy unless I go into Windows mouse settings and click “Enhance pointer precision,” which fixes my issue. However this checkbox is disabled every time I start a new session, and I need to navigate to it and click it again. How can I make this setting persistent? Greetings fellow shadow people!I recently purchased the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 and attempted to set-up the device on my newly activated (hooray!) ShadowPCEverything went according to plan at first, i enabled it in the USB Periferals, the windows app installed on the shadow and the devices USBD>EyeChip is showing up as installed along with the Cameras>Tobii Hello Sensor.Upon opening the Tobii app for the first time the “Eye Tracking” part seems to work with it showing where you’re looking, however the app displayed avatar which shows your heads positions doesn’t turn the head and it doesn’t appear to be tracking the “Head Position”. Then as soon as i launch the game, tobii eye tracker seems to crash or switch off (the lights go out)From this point on i cannot seem to get any signs of life out of it without a re-install which after going through the same process yields the same results.Has anyone else figured out how to get Tobii working, and if it’s presently not possible, can we exp
