Since the last update (Versions I am on Launcher v4.22.9, client 3.9.8) I can’t see my mouse pointer. It works because I can move it arround and see icons get highlighted and I can get the right click menu, I just cant see it. I have tried changing the size, color, etc and same thing. I just cant see it.

My game FPS and shadow FPS are 60 but I have a micro stutter with movements. I have my ghost connected with a hdmi cable (high speed) I order today a 2.1 ultra speed cable maybe that works. Hi I am having an extremely annoying problem, I accidentally dragged File Explorer outside my shadow desktop and whenever I try to open files it will just show in the task bar that its open but I can't see it. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried rebooting and every other similar thing on the internet.
Hello! I’ve been using shadow since around september now i believe. and its been great! a fair performance, and i have only ever encountered 1 downtime if i remember correctly.However, lately, or rather since a bit before christmas i think. i noticed that the connection performance dropped somewhat. i have always been able to easily stay at 65-70mbit max rate. but ever since then, it never goes above 50-60. and if i dont cap the rate to like 40-45 it gets really, really crappy. stutters, higher input lag and just a pain to play! I have checked every single connection in between my computer and the server. everything is able to pull the weight, and all tests between my computer and the server shows a good 250+ connection with 20ms. and still i cant let the connection go uncapped. to me i just feel like it’s a strangle on my device that isn’t mentioned anywhere. and its really frustrating, because if this is the best that you can offer. then i feel like i might aswell change to a more st
Hey guys. I just got the new Apple TV 4K recently and wanted to use shadow on it to play some games. And I’d like to say that it isn’t at all usable for me. I am connected via 5GHz wifi connection on it and when I use it there is a lot of lag. The speed test on the app shows me a download of 5 mbps whereas on the Speedtest app by ookla it is showing a 250+ download and upload speed on the Apple TV. I don’t have any lag issues on my iPad, MacBook nor my iPhone, all connected via wifi on 5GHz, the shadow experience is butter smooth there (even via 5G it’s usable on my iPad) but on the Apple TV it’s completely unusable. Could there be something that I am doing wrong in setting up shadow on my Apple TV? The firmware is on TVOS 15 for the Apple TV and the shadow app is on version 3.7.5. I am connected to the Dallas Datacenter and am physically in Austin.
my problem is that my Mouse is totaly oversensitive in FPS Games.Everthing is ok when iam in Windows or in the game menu. But as soon iam in FPS Mode i have just to look at mouse to turn like crazy.I read several posts here and they all suggest to lock the Mouse in Frame with win+alt+m.It helps a little bit but the Mouse is still ridicules fast.If i turned down the sensitivity ingame to 0 or and smothing to max i can kinda navigate myself around but i got no chance to aim at something.I tried to change the Mouse speed in Windows to almost 0 but it doesnt help in the game at all, just in the game menu i can barelly move my mouse. I also tried Fullscreen mode and windowed no diffrence at all. Is there a way to tune the mouse sensitivity in shadow or should i buy a new mouse ?Btw on my Desktop PC the Mouse works just fine in menu or ingame. Thx in advance
I ordered my shadow a few days ago. It previously told me that I had one order in the works. Today I checked the portal and my shadow is not activated, but it shows no orders in progress. Is this a mistake, a bug, or do they just take the order out of the portal when it’s about to be activated?
Hello, when I started today my shadow (Lost Ark), I noticed that the game was unplayable. Probably about 10 FPS. Yesterday everything was fine.I did the nova gpu benchmark and got a score of 187. According to their website, a Nvidia geforce gtx 1080 should get an average score of 964. That's probably the reason why Lost Ark is unplayable atm. So there seems to be an issue with the graphic card (maybe on the virtualization layer?). How can this be fixed?
Hello! Your Shadow computer freezes all the time no matter what I do. Even at startup. I have to restart and turn it off every time and it freezes again. The picture becomes static and nothing can be done. Nothing responds to any keyboard mouse actions!!!!!! And I constantly get an error U-103. To restart Shadow You have to constantly turn it off through the task manager. We need to do something, because it makes no sense to renew the subscription like that!!
Hello, I’ve been using Shadow for a bit, now I’ve a got a problem. Every time I launch Shadow my sense is slow for some reason. But then when I go off from the Fullscreen from Shadow and go back it, my mouse is the sense I want but, the multiple screen happens. I’m thinking that it is the Mouse Lock problem.
I was wondering if anyone might have a clever solution to my input problem. I tried to install the drivers for my pen display tablet hoping that I could forward it like other USB devices. Unfortunately, not only could I not do that, but installing the drivers disabled my input devices completely outside of the ability to ctrl alt del to get to that window but I can't use the menu to get access to task manager because my inputs don't work.Any ideas as to how I might try to get it working again? Normally I would just boot into safe mode and delete the offending drivers but this is impossible as far as I know with Shadow and the only thing support was able to provide was an FTP link to download my files (which didn't include my 1.25TB storage drive) and then a factory reset. I can still access the quick launch menu inside of shadow and I see it has the ability to add controllers. Would it be worth buying a controller and trying to use that as an input?If anything, hopefully this will be a
I have a Lenovo laptop and I tried the usb passthrough feature. I think it worked while I was playing Shadow. However when I restart my computer, my computer booted without any USB peripherals (mouse and external keyboard) being usable. I tried rebooting several times and every time no USB devices worked. The laptop keyboard did not work either and only the touchpad worked. I had to remote into my machine using a remote support tool to login and use the uninstall option on Shadow’s usb passthrough page then I went to device manager to rescan for devices to activate my USB devices. All done through either my touchpad or my remote support tool. Just wanted to let you guys know this bug report for Shadow’s USB passthrough on Lenovo laptops.
I've been paying shadow for over 2 months now and I really cany seem to enjoy it, the fact that I can only play like 20 or fewer days because of the current issues happening, today I paid my subscription and only I found out there was a problem with Dallas servers (which is the one I use) so it has been 2 days now, and still, they can fix it, really unfair I have to pay 30 us dollars for technical issues almost every time, if this continues to happen sadly I'm not going to continue paying any more for this unsatisfactory platform.

Is anybody else having issues with connectivity to Texas DC? Getting screen freezes for about 5 seconds every 15-30 seconds. Having no trouble with any other services so I don't think it's my connection. Been flawless till this morning. It has been a little weird since upgrading to Infinite but nothing too serious until now.

so I installed the updated Beta (and Alpha) this morning to see that dual monitors is no longer available as an option - what did I miss, is this just a problem with the build or has the new improved versions of beta and alpha build has permanently removed my most awaited / favorite feature ?
