I’m having an issue forwarding two USB peripherals on Mac to my Shadow. I’m able to see both devices in the forwarded peripherals list on my Shadow, but only the _first_ one I click to forward actually sends signals to my PC. That is, I’m able to click both “forward” check boxes, but I only get signals for the first one I click. I’ve reproduced this on the prod application, Beta, and Alpha, and can get each peripheral to work correctly independently, but not both. Any ideas?
Hello, I was recently trying to use my Logitech G29 Steering Wheel and it forwarded to shadow without any problems. I then simply turned the steering wheel and it inputted every button at the same time. This was the same for Forza Horizon 5 and beam.ng drive. Please let me know of any solutions I can apply to fix this.
I have several autostart programs defined on my Shadow (Steam, Discord, Screenshot Tools, Auto Updating tools etc.)I figured out when starting the Shadow via the Launcher and waiting in the screen till it automatically connects to the shadow, in the most times the programs listed for autostart doesn't launch.But when starting the Shadow via the Launcher and go back to the Home screen to wait till it says “ready” + waiting like 2-3 minutes before connecting, 90% of my autostart programs are launched.Is it possible that connecting during windows login while those apps are starting, some Shadow services are interrupting the autostart?Is there a way to fix this?
When I fire up my Shadow on the AppleTV and try to play a game which requires to press “Start” or “Select” I don't recognize my input. I try the windows controller calibration Tool and see that those buttons don't when clicked don't react. Things I tried:- reconnect my controller- restart my AppleTV- restart my Shadow while connected my guess is the new tvOS update, which blocked these inputs inside another "not Apple"-Appmaybe someone got an advice for me.
HI, I have this problem since 4 april update.Since that day the steering wheel does not work. I’ve been using Shadow for almost a month now and I’ve found the service to be quite nice (when it works correctly, which is most of the time, and the games I want to run run). Up until now, I’ve been using a Turtle Beach Xbox Recon Controller, which served me pretty well in gaming sessions when I’m not doing work. However, because it requires a wire to function, at least one port on my laptop (besides power) needs to be available for connection. I wanted to get a wireless controller, to eliminate wires, and so I recently purchased an Xbox Series X|S Carbon Black official controller and tried to use it wirelessly.On the host Linux distro (Zorin OS 16.1 Core), the controller is perfectly functional, both wired and wireless; all of the buttons work as intended. No problems. It is when I try to connect to my Shadow PC wirelessly, however, that issues start to occur. To make a long story short, the controller is completely misconfigured and I’m not sure if its a driver issue or something o
I’ve been unable to launch Shadow today. Tried in both Shadow and Shadow Beta desktop mac applications. Deleted and reinstalled a fresh copy just in case that was the issue. Still same problem, the launcher just hangs on “Starting Shadow” for hours on end and then eventually says “Your shadow is off”. Hitting start shadow repeats the process.
Hello,while using Shadow PC through Samsung Dex on my 1440p monitor, I cannot go above 1080p even when dex is clearly running on 1440p. Using my new Fold 4.Previously, I could at least change the resolution within windows, but since the last update it is also capped.Is there any fix for this?Thanks in advance,Jan
I am delighted to use shadow, it is a very stable and reliable system and platform.I have upgraded to a higher version with 32GB ram and nvidia RTX 6000. The system still seems to be in early access.I don't understand why I have been given the platform on windows server 2019 and not windows 10 like normal shadow. I think that having the windows server 2019 operating system is imcompatible with many games I'm not sure, at the moment I use the system for work and play but some games of last generation work perfectly and others however not as forza horizon 5 that does not boot.It also does not allow me to install Gforce Experience because it gives error.Any suggestions are welcome. I was thinking of talking to shadow support to see if there is a possibility of getting the system with windows 10. I think windows server 2019 is not good for games, can it be?
Bonsoir/bonjour, Tout est dit dans le titre mais en gros, j’ai pris un mois d’abo PlayStation Plus pour tester sur pc. Tout va bien SAUF QUE la manette, officielle et neuve, de type DualShock, que ce soit en bluetooth ou en USB à ton pavé tactile qui n’est pas reconnu et les jeux n’offrent souvent aucune possibilité de remapping. Quelqu’un aurait-il une solution svp? Merci bien!
The app on my iPad constantly will have it stuck on “you must log back in” though it’s acting as tho I AM logged in and it says to “start shadow”No matter if I clear the app cache, delete and remove and re download it’s stuck there.although it doesn’t actually have me logged in, and clicking the option to log out doesn’t do anything. The only way to get any other option to come up, is to turn off data and Wi-Fi and then click on the app, which then I can log in via browser… if I turn back on Wi-Fi and cellular, it prompts me to log in via browser but once logged in kicks me back to homescreen and the same loop repeats of it saying “you must log back in” edit: to add I did try power cycling device several times, and I also clicked “reset shadow” on another browser in my shadow account to no avail
My pc have a 1366 x 768 resolution, and the shadow pc can have only 800 x 600 resolution.I tried to change the real pc resolution, to disable and re-enable the function to automatically change resolution on shadow, to change manually resolution on shadow but nothing appened.My shadow doesn,t want to change resolution!!

Hi,Long time client, faced today an issue I’ve never faced before. When I’ve tried login in to my account, had to face the new two-step authentication method. This is fine. What is UNACCEPTABLE is the screen saying that I had to “wait for an available slot”. The counter says that the “estimated remaining time” is 20 minutes, although it has fluctuated down and up for the past few minutes. The lack of waiting time is a critical factor that made me jump from other cloud providers to Shadow. Therefore, I would like to be know if this is due to a non-permanent and fixable system issue, or is this to be expected again in the future. If the latter is the case, I will be forced to search for alternative cloud gaming methods and would be very sorry to leave a service which I am very happy up to this point.
My normal latency is around 8-9ms, but then for some reason, the game I’m playing slows to a crawl or even freezes when I get this latency spike of anywhere between 200ms to 400ms and sometimes as high as 500ms, every 10 minutes. You can see from the screenshot how it’s regular as clockwork.I use ethernet direct to the router and have a FTTP 400Mbps connection. I’ve also run PingPlotter and can see it’s coming from my side of the router.Can anyone hazard a guess as to what could be causing this? Anyone with experience trying to nail this type of issue down?Something on my local machine?Some other IoT device on my network?
