Hi everyone,Quick question to see if anyone has been able to get this to work. I’ve got a Logitech G602 with programmable buttons on the side. It’s great for MMO gaming, which I’m doing on my Shadow. The only problem is, that I it never recognizes that it’s a Logitech mouse to be able to customize the buttons in the Logitech gaming software. The basic functionality of my mouse and keyboard move over just fine, but it’s unable to detect any specific details on my drivers.I’m coming from a MacBook Pro 13” where I’m able to run the software just fine to adjust the macros. Just running into issues getting the Shadow to see that it’s a gaming mouse, and not just a generic mouse driver.Anyone been able to get this to work at all?
After logging into the windows client, I click start shadow it says I need new usb drivers and I install them but it doesn't reboot. I then try to start shadow again and the power on my local pc shuts off. I had to turn off and hit reset many times before I was able to get to the bios screen. It did it twice now it wont ever get to the bios screen, basically bricked my computer.After unplugging and plugging various usb devices finally was able to boot, but I don't want to run shadow again until I know how to fix it. Please help
I have recently had got my shadow activated. When i try to start it up, it gives me the error code. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer to reinstall it. But it seems like it does not work. I have contacted support and have got no answer to my problems. Please help me. This problem was completely out of the blue; I have never seen this kind of problem, and I have been using shadow for over a year. I got the windows stop code: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO Other: Today, 7/23/2021 I don't think so, I really only use Shadow to play GTA5 along with a few other games, all of which are on Steam, Epic, or Origin and have been working fine until now. No, because I can't get into Shadow. I do not use a VPN, and I don't have any antivirus besides the default Windows antivirus. Unfortunately I can't because I can't get into Shadow.
So I got my shadow boost today, and I have a dell PowerEdge that is running, among other things, a openVPN AS server. This was mainly set up through a tutorial and I don’t know much about how to configure it, besides adding users, and making it able to access the local network. What I want is to install a vpn client on my shadow and configure it so that any traffic that that is supposed to go to my LAN (like my personal NAS and octoprint server) through the VPN while having everything else go through a more normal traffic measure. Are there any tutorials for this?

I am unable to stream Amazon prime video or sky go on shadow. Up until recently Amazon prime worked through chrome but not the windows app, but now it won't work through either. I used to get the update drivers message through the app when trying to stream, but now it won't even try. All content is blocked due to using a VPN, as it detects shadow as a VPN .Sky go I can watch but not streaming, only if I download to pc first. Which is fine for box sets but not live TV or streams.Is it just a case of shadow will always appear as a VPN as the server is based in a different country to residence?
im going to type this exactly how my shadow lets me. this morning after playing some videogames as usual my latency began spiking up incredibly high then back to the normal 36 ms i ggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggget. sometimes it spikes up to the hundreds or the thousands and its been doing this since it happened about 4 hours ago. whenever it does this (around every 10-30 seconds) it repeats whatever key i was pressing until its done and also doesnt allow me to put any inputs in, then when the spike in latency is done a few seconds later itt then does my inputs and goes back to arrrrrrrrrrlate (it just spammed r and then spammed backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkspace when i tried to fix it) i was saying it goes back to around 100 ms of latency then back to 36. ive tried restarting the internet and restarting the shadow and nothing has fixed it. im using the 5 GHz wifi option (and no dont tell me to just use ethernet, i canttttttttttttt
Everything was working fine, until I “updated” the app to use the new browser login feature. A superbly unnecessary “innovation”.My Shadow never begins streaming now. I tried reaching out to tech support, but they never respond these days. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Hello there,I am playing Red Dead Online, sometimes Minecraft and lately WoW: Shadowlands. Especially in Red Dead Online, but even other graphic-games, it happens that my framerate drops stays around 30 fps, even at low to mid settings. If my shadow has a GTX 1080 or similar, this should not happen. It should be able to play with 40+ fps with ultra settings easily.My connection is 500 Mbit/s and steady. First problem is I never reach the 70 Mbit/s on shadow. I tried using high efficiency coding and different settings with shadow. Please do not tell me to check my internet speed. I already did several times and it hit mostly above 500 Mbit/s and sufficient upload rates.The price has doubled a month ago and there is no upgrade in graphics or steadiness. 360€ a year instead of 180€ a year. Shadow advertises with continuously upgrades. I could not see any for a year.Another thing that bothers me is an unknown problem. Hi i’m unable to load many pages of shadow.tech’s website, such as “https://account.shadow.tech/”. It just shows a white screen. Yes I tried logging in. It doesn’t change if I disable my adblocker. Works fine in edge, but I user chrome. Anyone able to help?
Hi there. I’m new to the shadow forum but I’ve been a shadow user for a year now. I used to have extra storage on my California based shadow until May of this year, when I tried to expand my storage, and ended up deleting it, thinking I needed to delete it in order to upgrade the storage.Ever since deleting my storage however, I’ve been unable to add any additional storage to my shadow, with the site saying the product is sold out. Is there any chance that those of us in California will ever be able to get extra storage ever again, or are we screwed?Had I known I’d never even be able to get my original storage back that I deleted in May, I would’ve never dropped the storage in the first place. I love my shadow, it makes an awesome remote PC when all I have available to me is my iPhone, and especially now that we’re paying more for this service, I sure hope storage will be an option again.
