Hello,I will explain my problem to you.I have two headphones at home: A Beats Studio that I can connect via Bluetooth and in the JACK port, then an AirPods Max (Apple headphones).When I am in the jack port, I have no problem the sounds are good and the microphone works.When I connect my headphones (one or the other and they are new) in Bluetooth to my PC (windows) it works the sound is good, but when I go on my Shadow and I activate the Microphone, the sound becomes muffled , I hardly hear anything anymore.On my Shadow and on my personal PC.If I do not activate the microphone the sound is good, but when I activate the microphone on shadow I have this problem which comes up every time. Help me please, Best regards.
Hey guys. I just got the new Apple TV 4K recently and wanted to use shadow on it to play some games. And I’d like to say that it isn’t at all usable for me. I am connected via 5GHz wifi connection on it and when I use it there is a lot of lag. The speed test on the app shows me a download of 5 mbps whereas on the Speedtest app by ookla it is showing a 250+ download and upload speed on the Apple TV. I don’t have any lag issues on my iPad, MacBook nor my iPhone, all connected via wifi on 5GHz, the shadow experience is butter smooth there (even via 5G it’s usable on my iPad) but on the Apple TV it’s completely unusable. Could there be something that I am doing wrong in setting up shadow on my Apple TV? The firmware is on TVOS 15 for the Apple TV and the shadow app is on version 3.7.5. I am connected to the Dallas Datacenter and am physically in Austin.
I am using the Shadow Ghost and have the Logitech G502 Hero and Logitec G513 Mouse and Keyboard.As of last week when using the shadow I have been given the notification of the Auto Shutdown timer when I am using Shadow and no matter if I click type or anything it does not register I have not had this issue at all until last week. I have seen that it might be an issue with the 3.0 ports but I have been using them and have had not had the issue up until last week.
My Shadow Ultra has the tendency to completely shut off my mic on every single application I use this includes GTA 5 Online, Red Dead Online, FiveM, Discord and many more.I have no idea why any of this happens and it seems the only way that I can even hear audio sometimes is to completely shut down my computer and Shadow then restart both of them. If anyone else runs into this issue please let people know. Also if anyone here plays RedM and is unable to even launch the application apparently that problem has been going on for years with shadow in both versions of the program both Shadow Ultra and Shadow Boost.
Hi, I run a Mac client to a Windows10 Shadow image. In fullscreen mode, my mouse pointer is slow and jumpy unless I go into Windows mouse settings and click “Enhance pointer precision,” which fixes my issue. However this checkbox is disabled every time I start a new session, and I need to navigate to it and click it again. How can I make this setting persistent? Somehow, Shadow started to be buggy, no matter what client (iOS, Chromebook, Android TV, and Windows). My Storage was at 21.6 GB so i wanted to reset it, anywho. As i went on my account, clicked my shadow and then reset my shadow and delete all data. I put in my password and it clicked contune and got an error message “Oups, something went wrong, we could not reset your vm”. This started to happen last night. Please help!
Describing the bug I’m having trouble when doing anything on Shadow using my Laptop. It feels unresponsive as soon as I’m on the windows desktop of shadow. Making a selection with the mouse feels somewhat “laggy” and not smooth. Watching YouTube etc. on shadow feels like having ~15FPS. The same obviously goes for games. However, when I use my android phone I have none of these problems so it must be something with my laptop. Nevertheless, I attached some speedtests just in case. Application/device OS: Windows 10 CPU: i5 8250U GPU: GeForce MX150 Connection >100 MBit/s via Ethernet Location: Germany Datacenter: Amsterdam What I tried already I set my bandwidth to 50 MBits which should be fine and stopped pretty much everything that requires bandwidth on my Laptop. Hi, I have some issues with my additionnal storage, here my configuration : Windows Application Official version Local device CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz Local device GPU : Nvidia GeForce 660M Datacenter location : Paris Connection speed (Paris) : 51Mb/s Description of issue : First of all, 2 days ago, my shadow freezes and crashed all the shadow with many problems to reconnect. I realized it was my additionnal storage which caused the issue each time i tried to write on it. I wanted to erase anything on it and formate but it never ends and freezes all the shadow. Hi, I’m getting error code G-403 after login, for the past 3 days now.I’ve had a chat with support, they said it would be solved yesterday afternoon, but offcourse it’s still not working. I’ve opened a ticket yesterday (almost 24h now) no response yet. Please somebody look into this. Kind regards
Your speakers or headphones, if they have a manual volume control, turn it up.done The sound setting on your PC, turn it up.done Try playing sound from anything on your PC. If it doesn’t work, stop and troubleshoot that separately from Shadow.in my local pc I have no audio issues. Load the shadow client, then check that the volume mixer (on your PC, outside shadow) hasn’t muted the Shadow client. (In Windows 10, right click speaker icon, open volume mixer).100% Also confirm in the volume mixer that the shadow client is outputting sound on the speakers/headphones you want it to. And that the volume is turned up and not muted.By visualize the mixer when I playing some youtube videos, you can see the volume in mixer goes up, but I literally cannot hear anything In your shadow, make sure the thing you’re trying to play sound is set to the default device there (has Blade in the name I think). This question may seem a bit off topic on this forum but it has been really bugging me. Does anyone know how I add more rows on an Excel Template. I gives you like 10 pre configured rows but I need more, I have tried searching the interent but found nothing on how to do it. Any sort of help would be much appriciated. So like a week ago I followed the whole workaround to create a partition that’s compatible with Xbox/Microsoft Store. My games were running perfectly until today. They apparently need an update, but when I try to install the update, I get the 0x80073D13 code, even though I already did the workaround. I’ve made sure the correct drive is selected and set to default and I previously deleted the partition and did the whole damn thing over again. Now the issue is happening yet again and I’m not okay with having to delete and recreate the partition plus reinstall the games every time this happens.Anyone have a long term fix for this? Thanks!
Hi there, I'm stumbling upon a weird issue here. My wired Xbox 360 controller is recognized in Shadow but does not work in all games. In Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) the controller works for browsing the menus, but in-game it doesn’t. In Counterstrike the controller doesn’t work at all, and in Rocket League it works fully. Anyone here has had a similar issue? I'd love to get some tips. My setup: Macbook Pro 2015; Shadow Boost Xbox 360 Wired Controller Thank you so much in advance!
If you have this issue it is due to a Windows 10 issue. Here is how you fix it. Uninstall Shadow Download and install CCleaner (Free version: https://www.ccleaner.com/) Run CCleaner and run an "Easy Scan" and cleanup Go to the your %appdata% folder (Windows search '%appdata') and delete all 'Shadow'-related folders Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow Restart your computer Download and install Shadow again at https://account.shadow.tech/apps If this still fails follow these steps: Shut down your Computer Unplug power to your router Unplug power to your cable/DSL modem and wait 15 seconds Restart your modem and wait for all lights to return Restart your router and wait for all lights to return Start your computer again and connect to your Shadow to see if the issue persists. If this still fails go to your Shadow launcher settings, click send logs and send them to shadow support.
