I was trying to change the language in Sims 4, after that Origin needs to verify all the game files including all the DLCs, but it takes more than 3 hours. I did that a few times before, but it has been done within 20 mins.Have anyone face the same problem on Shadow?
Since I activated my Shadow, I haven’t been able to use my Dualshock 4 controller via Bluetooth, it has only worked with a wired USB connection. The controller is recognized within Shadow when it’s connected via Bluetooth, but it just doesn’t do anything. No inputs from the controller work. Has anyone else on Mac had this problem? Here’s all my specs: Mac High Sierra 10.13.6 Official Boost Shadow Client Version 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB California Datacenter 217.82 Mb/s download speed, 6.86 Mb/s upload speed, 64.85 ping, 146.08 jitter Description: PS4 Dualshock 4 controller not functioning at all over Bluetooth Other: Date since first incident: 9/5/2020 Did you take any action(s) which could have created this problem? If so, what? No Do you recall any action(s) you took after it happened? Yes, several troubleshoots of bluetooth connectivity and USB connectivity Do you use a VPN and/or antivirus? So, I haven't been able to use my microphone for my shadow for a while, and I really needed it today, so I searched up online how to fix it, I ended up going to windows 10 settings and found 2 of my different inputs from my actual pc, but I didn't see the shadow input device. I don't know what caused this, I need helpbtw, this was taken down on the subreddit for some reason
So on a Samsung S10+ and Tab S6, both in and out of Dex, hitting R2 on a Stadia Controller toggles the android keyboard (while still sending the R2 input to the Shadow). Really annoying! :D This does not happen when I use my bluetooth Steelseries XL controller, but I really don’t want to have to carry an extra controller around. I only see one mention of this issue from an old Reddit post where they found a workaround using “null keyboard” but that doesn’t appear to work on my devices. So if anyone has a new workaround I’m all ears, otherwise hoping this raises awareness of the issue to the devs!
Hi,does anyone know if games like warzone work with 7.1 headphones that use virtual surround? I want to buy a knew headset and want to know if I just need to select a stereo one, or if the virtual surrounds work. They create a surround stage from a stereo signal. So this should work over shadow, but I guess games that use this need to know if such a headset is in use? Or need to be set to 5.1 or 7.1 and the headset software translates this to a virtual surround stage? Anyone has any experience with this? Many thanks,Wouter
Everytime (every device) I log into shadow and i get only a black screen with a task manager on the screen
This started today and does this on any device. It drives me crazy I will include a screenshot but noone seems to help me out!! Below is all I see when logging in even after waiting for an hour, my screenshot,
I have every possible slider cranked up as far as it can go and it absolutely does not feel like it. I am currently using USB 2.0 ports as the 3.0’s can be a bit hit or miss when it comes to working. Any help at all to fix this is appreciated.
Basically the description. I’ve installed a program on the Beta version of the shadow Pc app, but now it won’t install. I did a full reset and am still receiving this error. Even after the full reset, I’m still showing logs for Overwatch in my documents. Really need this fixed. I’ve attached pictures of the error code, and some things in event viewer, showing Shadow’s slue of errors displayed.
After some of the recent updates, I’ve noticed that the shadow window won’t close and can’t be closed after shadow get’s shutdown from inactivity. Same thing when I shut it down myself. I’m on windows 10 1909. I have to use task manager to close the window. After which the launcher will open up and say there’s another instance of shadow running.
Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone is using fightcade 2 on shadow. The application is working fine and I can play more then 7000 retro games online against other people from all over the world. The only problem is that when i want to play against someone else that is also using shadow on the Amsterdam data server we both get a black screen and nothing happens. First I thought it was the application but when he is trying fightcade 2 on his local pc everything is working fine, on shadow he can play with other people also. Someone else with the same problem?
Having trouble with left mouse button on first person shooters. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
I’ve been having issues for a while using shadow as my main PC. For some reason, any first person shooter I tried to play, doesnt respond to my left mouse button. I have to remap the fire button to the middle scroll on my mouse. This is probably something the games themselves do to prevent bots that use virtual machine somehow. Have anyone found a way around this at all?

When using Shadow full screen with either the official or the beta app on Catalina, I’m missing all of my notifications (email, messages, etc.) unless I open the Shadow overlay.
