Cant sign in to support site to check my tickets??????
So while this was working all day yesterday .. Starting around 9pm i went to check my ticket and as normally it says i am logged in as than click continue to shadow help center than on next page it says You are logged out?????? Than it worked around 10pm let me logged in so i can reply to the support. I woke up a hour ago 8am and its doing it again... So i cant even reply to support unless i do it in email????? I can log in to my account and log into shadow tho. But yea this isn't on my end cause i tried it on 3 computers including shadow and i get the same log out message… I even tried to log on to support with my phone and tablet it does the same log out message on the next page….
When is the extended storage being fixed?
There isn’t a point in extended storage, I may as well get rid of it with how slow it is, its faster to just reinstall games for the c drive than even use the d drive. this has been a problem for over 7 months, I am just not even sure I should waste money on something you seem to not fix wether its because you don’t care or you just cant fix it but please do something.

Hi I have an issue where, when I right click on a app on the taskbar I dont get any options to unpin app from taskbar or anything like that. Also when I hover over an icon on the taskbar it leaves a dark background on the icon. Some games also dont go into full screen and dosent remove the taskbar when I'm in a game.
Frame Skipping In 4K only need help
Hello Just4gamerstube here, First post on this forum as well. Been a Shadower for quite a while and have used Shadow on various different setups. I haven’t had any real problems to speak of except one and it seems to only plague AMD hardware. Machine specs of the problematic laptop: Ryzen 2200u cpu 4GB DDR4 ram Windows 10 Connected via HDMI 2.0 to a 4K TV.It seems when I want to use 4K resolution It seems I get frame skipping where every other frame is skipped. The issue seems to only affect hardware that is AMD based as all other machines I have have been able to use 4K 60 easily with no problems and this is on run of the mill hardware such as the Ryzen 2200u lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I normally never ever ask for help but this issue has me stunned. I get no frame skipping when using Intel hardware it only seems to happen on AMD hardware. Will we ever be able to get extra storage in California again?
Hi there. I’m new to the shadow forum but I’ve been a shadow user for a year now. I used to have extra storage on my California based shadow until May of this year, when I tried to expand my storage, and ended up deleting it, thinking I needed to delete it in order to upgrade the storage.Ever since deleting my storage however, I’ve been unable to add any additional storage to my shadow, with the site saying the product is sold out. Is there any chance that those of us in California will ever be able to get extra storage ever again, or are we screwed?Had I known I’d never even be able to get my original storage back that I deleted in May, I would’ve never dropped the storage in the first place. I love my shadow, it makes an awesome remote PC when all I have available to me is my iPhone, and especially now that we’re paying more for this service, I sure hope storage will be an option again. cannot log in via my ipad, however i do have access on iphone. stuck in a loop
The app on my iPad constantly will have it stuck on “you must log back in” though it’s acting as tho I AM logged in and it says to “start shadow”No matter if I clear the app cache, delete and remove and re download it’s stuck there.although it doesn’t actually have me logged in, and clicking the option to log out doesn’t do anything. The only way to get any other option to come up, is to turn off data and Wi-Fi and then click on the app, which then I can log in via browser… if I turn back on Wi-Fi and cellular, it prompts me to log in via browser but once logged in kicks me back to homescreen and the same loop repeats of it saying “you must log back in” edit: to add I did try power cycling device several times, and I also clicked “reset shadow” on another browser in my shadow account to no avail
Shadow Launcher is grey but I can press stuff
Every time I open up shadow to start streaming it won’t show anything on the tab, it’s just grey, but if I click around I can press some buttons.Grey Shadow LauncherI tried un-installing and re-installing a bunch of times in different ways but it didn’t fix it. I tried digging around the files to see if I could find anything and I found a thing that opened up shadow and a console showing a bunch of errorsErrors?I haven’t been able to find anyone with the same problem but I don’t think I looked up the right stuff. Hope someone knows how to fix this.
Severe Connection Loss Spikes
It seems to be random. Some nights I have a flawless experience. Others I get periodic sharp connection loss spikes. everytime I switch over to my actual PC and test the connection everything is fine (usually… sometimes it shows for itself but many times not) I’ll run several tests. Speed tests, packet loss tests. Everything is fine. It just occurs on the shadow. I’ll ping someone 400 times on my regular PC and I won’t have a single packet missed. And then I’ll switch over to my shadow and it’s back to huge lag periodically every 3 minutes or so. is there a setting I can switch to to prevent this? also can someone explain to me the bandwidth thing to me? I’ve read a lot about it but my question is never answered after reading it. Essentially what I’m wondering is, can I lower my bandwidth to sacrifice quality for less lag? My bandwidth autos to 70. If I dropped it down to 15 or something would it help lag? honestly besides what I’ve mentioned I have a good experience. My latency is a
Sounds muffled when I activate my Micro Shadow
Hello,I will explain my problem to you.I have two headphones at home: A Beats Studio that I can connect via Bluetooth and in the JACK port, then an AirPods Max (Apple headphones).When I am in the jack port, I have no problem the sounds are good and the microphone works.When I connect my headphones (one or the other and they are new) in Bluetooth to my PC (windows) it works the sound is good, but when I go on my Shadow and I activate the Microphone, the sound becomes muffled , I hardly hear anything anymore.On my Shadow and on my personal PC.If I do not activate the microphone the sound is good, but when I activate the microphone on shadow I have this problem which comes up every time. I run shadow on an iMac Mid 2014, and lately I have been having connection issues. This may be my connection but I have reason to believe that it could be a problem with shadow. Whenever I run a game I notice my ping goes significantly higher to 300-500 but my connection on desktop or something light to run like google chrome is 22-23. Another thing I also noticed is that when running a game I check task manager and the disk percentage on the rig is 100% and the whole column is outlined in red. When I do go off the game the percentage goes down as does my ping. I’m pretty sure I am connected to the Paris servers of shadow, and I run the latest version of shadow. I do have a ethernet cable and run about 20 - 25 ping average.If there are any fixes for that help, ASAP would be appreciated, and if you have any additional information from me required just ask and I’ll try to provide you with some.Again I’m not sure whether its my connection or just shadow in general I just want it to be fix

Hi,How to approach it?If I pair my xbox controller with my quest 2, it doesn’t work in shadow application. Only when I Press B button, shadow app will close.On the other hand, if I connet controller to my PC and start shadow on quest, I've Got disconnected on PC. So what is the solution for it? Microsoft Teams Audio microphone popup
Hello everyone ! I have had this issue for about 3 weeks now. It started pretty much out of nowhere. I am on a Macbook Pro M1.From time to time, I have a shadow popup stating that it has detected a new microphone named “Microsoft Teams Audio” : I don’t have microphones activated in Shadow and never had this popup in more than a year using Shadow. It is not that bothering since I mostly play solo games (Doing The Witcher series right now) but it can be upsetting since it can happen 2 or 3 times in a 3 minutes window. It is pretty rare though. Most of the time it happens once every hours.I tried uninstalling microsoft teams from my computer but I still have the popup.Does someone have an idea of what it can be ?
Is anyone else having performance issues today? Peak times?
I played late into the night last and barely had any issues at all. Got up and had my coffee and jumped on at about 11 AM Central and been trying to play off and on till now at 4PM central and I’ve had lag issues all day. Granted, I’m playing Skyrim VR using Virtual Desktop, but yesterday was mostly fine. SO I’m guessing that I’m trying to play during my data center’s peak time and am seeing a performance hit from it. I did a speed test on my Oculus Quest and I’m pulling down over 100 Mbps and the shadow is uploading over 100 so I think it has to be performance issues from so many users on at the moment. Anyway, if someone can give me some advice on how to fix it, it would be much obliged. My activation was yesterday so I hope this isn’t the norm. :/
