Okay so my screen is stuck on like a safe mode display I tried to get to the personalized pc but nothing just kick me out when I click display and even tried to change the resolution in the shadow app before launch and nothing so I need help . Is their something I’m doing wrong
The launcher updated around an hour ago, and since then i have not been able to log in to the launcher. When i click log in with browser i type all my information then it redirects me to the launcher but still says log in with browser, and Its the only button i can click. What do i do?
I used to have no problem connecting to my shadow with my iphone 8 plus, but today when I launch the app and try to connect, the app just seems to hang. The screen says “connecting to shadow” and the lil logo animation is doing its thing but it never connects. I even tried running my shadow on another device to make sure my shadow is working and it is, but even with it running the iphone app doesnt seem to want to connect. Anyone have any thoughts on what to do?
I want to broadcast me playing Beat Saber to my family and I use Shadow to play it. Whenever I add a remote screen through my laptop while in VR, I can hear everything in VR but the remote screen has no audio. is there a way to give the remote screen audio while also maintaining audio on my VR?
I have a ticket escalated to the network engineers. My latency bad enough where I can’t use it for gaming anymore. There hasn’t been any real update. This whole weekend and then some, I haven’t been able to use my Shadow for its intended purpose. Ticket #954512 Can someone/anyone help? It’s getting harder and harder to justify the service.
Hi. I have been trying to connect my USB flash drive (NTFS format) to my Shadow PC running on my Mac (Monterey 12.4). However, after I clicked on the Shadow icon on the top, I could not put a checkmark in the checkbox next to the name of my flash drive in “USB Forwarding". Is there a solution for this issue? Hi. I just installed the Shadow app on my iPhone. After starting the launcher, I tried to log into windows with my PIN but the virtual keyboard doesn’t show up when I use the cursor to click in the text box to enter the PIN. Is there a solution for this issue? The image below is just an illustration that I found online. I didn’t bother to take a screenshot on my iPhone. Sorry. : P
Hi,I’m having a reoccurring but intermittent issue booting my virtual machine. At least once or twice a week I find after launching the Shadow App, the progress bar hangs midway across. If I click to connect to the machine, I can see a black screen with the Windows 10 boot circle which has frozen / stopped spinning - at this point I'm unable to shutdown the machine and found the fix is to close the App and simply wait 10/15 minutes and try again. It has always worked on my second attempt.The problem has been ongoing for a month or so and each time its happened I've tried to remember to log a support ticket, more so incase there is a wider issue with the hosting infrastructure, however Shadow Support have confirmed back each time saying there isn’t.As I can see the circle (which has frozen) this indicates the machine is in the final boot phase so I suspect the issue might be driver related.Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this?
On iOS 15.5 shadow 3.9.10 (but happend on other versions to). It never starts, it saws starting shadow or connecting to shadow, but it never does. If I wait it will just close the connection and puts me on the start screen again. Then only way I know for sure it will start is when I get the pop up about keeping my graphic driver up to date, but there is no reliable way to get that pop up. This never happend when shadow was still 11,99, but now it's 29,99 and the service really has degraded! What I've trieddiffrent network Manually shutting shadow down waiting several minutes before booting up again changing settings like fps, resolution and bit rate before starting Logging out and back in
Os : Debian 11Graphic Card : RX 580 Hello, When i have my pointer unlocked, i can see it moving but when i locked it, my pointer doesn't moving anymore. But, i can drag-select, left-click and right-click. it seems moving but the cursor not, it’s very strange. In the screenshot below we can’t see the cursor (idk why), but is not moving
hi there,my shadow pc is stucked to windows update screen after a restart it to install some updates. I’ve turned it off and on again to see if this could solve the problem but at the restart i get stucked at the same screen.plus i can’t login into my account on the site and dunno why.any help?
I resubbed to shadow this month and I was downloading rainbow six siege and it took considerably longer than it usually does also the download on steam was very choppy, then when I went to play the game I was waiting around in the lobby for at lease 3 to 4 minutes compared to when I had the 1080 there was no waiting at all. I want to play X Plane 11 but I fear the p5000 won’t be able to run it as smoothly as the 1080 did, is there a way for me to switch my card?
Each day, when I get back from work, for the past 3 days, my Shadow thing has gone thought a painfully slow update when it updates. It goes on for about twenty minutes where I can see it is stuck at 0% switching to OFFICIAL version. Powering it OFF does nothing, it is like the button doesn’t even work. Bootup performance over the past week has degraded to the point I feel like I am using a computer that is fifteen years old. What’s going on?
Hi, I’ve been using Shadow for about a week and everything was workin great until a few days ago. I can connect no problem using the windows and android clients, but I am unable to connect using the Shadow VR app and Virtual Desktop on Oculus Quest 2. Occasionally Virtual Desktop will connect after a long wait but it’s unusable with very high latency. I didn’t change any settings on my end and no problems with local bandwidth so I guess this is a problem at Shadow’s end? Latency was around 23ms up until this started a couple days ago.Any help very much appreciated
Anyone has a solution.I only get black screens and no connections after trying to connect to Shadow.Windows app = black screen after startup.Android app = black screen after ‘ wait for video ‘ message.Restarted and reloaded the app. All are latest versions.Internet at home is 300 down and 35 up with 1 ms latency.No bg apps running.The answers from Shadow have been vague and I suspect there are major issues in their service. Unfortunately I dont pay 30 bucks for a non working service.Thnx. Anyone?P
So recently, due to a game that didn’t recognize my PS4 controller, I installed an application called InputMapper that would basically emulate it as if it was an Xbox 360 controller. The problem was that when I uninstalled the app, I think that it removed the controller drivers with it, because now every time I connect my PS4 controller, this message appears: 'Sorry an issue has happened with the controller services' Error code: SC-104Before I installed that app the controller would connect instantly and sometimes even without any kind of notification, but now even after restarting the shadow multiple times, and even restarting my own pc, the controller can’t connect anymore, and it doesn’t even appear in the list of controllers. It connects to my pc because I can see it in the Bluetooth devices, but in shadow it doesn’t.How can I solve this?
Hello to all who pay and use Shadow Cloud Gaming. I have recently experienced the Red square effect on shadow that provide low frames, poor resolution, and bad overall performance but I have found a slight way of fixing this issue and to keep all of us continuing to play out shadows. Let’s go over it.if in the blue you have shut down your shadow and turned it on the next day and see a red square with low resolution and bad performance, this could be an issue with shadows updates or a interference with apps such as GeForce Experience or GeForce RTX Exerpience. See if your graphics drivers are up to date and installed and restart and see if that fixes your problems. But if it doesn’t then it’s the actual digital monitor that shadow is using that may need a update, if that doesn’t work this is how I personally fixed my issue with those “Red Square” effect, see if that graphics device is “Disabled” as it was for me and it fixed the issue completely and I was back to enjoying my shadow expe
