Using bluetooth headset works fine till they shutdown due to low battery power, Up till the otherday i could just use the home in the quickmenu to to reset the audio. Now when this happens none of the quick menu options work and stream just freezes up if I use the home restart or shutdown options. The shutdown brings up the popup menu however clicking shutdown does nothing only cancel works. Restart just puts it in a endless loop with home doing nothing at all.
My cursor is not going where i want and i can´t do anything. It does not work with my laptop touchpad or with my mouse i do not consider it to be lag becasue my connection has not changed and the cursor moves fast. Basically i can move the cursor but it doesn´t place where it should be.
I am using Shadow infinite in Europe so my Datacenter would be Gravelines. Recently I get a lot of Error L-203 which indicates to many users. Problem is, that I do not see any problems on the status page regardless of me trying to connect for about 20 Minutes without any luck. What can i do about this problems. And if its a capacity problem, why isn´t it shown on the status page?
Hi folks, no audio, at all. I’ve shutdown mine shadow pc on sunday, that worked perfectly, and since yesterday no audio works, neither the "beep" when u try to adjust the master volume.I've tryed all!From mobile the shadow pc produce some sonds, from PC nothing, neither the speekers embedded, neither the headset, nothing.The assisstance don't answer mine ticket, some suggestion?Thanks!

Are the Playstation 5 DualSense and Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 controllers fully supported by Shadow? According to several posts on the forums, these controllers are still not fully supported.By fully supported I mean that all controller inputs are registered and accessible by the operating system and applications like Steam for every Shadow app. Thanks, this is very confusing.
HI I have been using the shadow app with the apple magic keyboard for a number of months and it has been working great. but over the las few days i have not been able to tupe using the apple magic keyboard on my ipad. I can bring up the onscreen leyboard but that is all. I must be doing something wrong, Any help would be appreciated Many thanks
Hi, thanks for having me! I greatly appreciate anyone willing to lend me your knowledge, thoughts and time. Short version: If older games play well for me, why don’t newer games that I see other people enjoying on Shadow work well for me? Longer version: I’ve seen (on youtube) and read (mostly reddit) about people enjoying some games on Shadow that I can’t get to work well. Games that do run well, run quite well, which suggests to me that the connection and app are working well. Games that don’t work well have often been more demanding of hardware, but if other people using Shadow boost get good results, why shouldn’t I be able to? I was using Shadow last winter, having the same issue. I cancelled service and recently picked it back up to try again. I tried a variety of games back then with mixed results. I don’t remember them all. Right now I’m playing Prey again, to try a different build and play the DLC I never played. It works well. I’m trying to play Horizon Zero Dawn,
Alright, I feel this is a unique situation but every time I try to launch my shadow, the start button keeps getting pushed out to where I can’t click it. This has been going on for over a month now. I’ve tried readjusting the app size, restarting my computer, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. I use an Asus laptop that runs on Windows 10.I’ve contacted support on it but nothing seems to be working. Any idea why the start button is being shoved out of view? Also, for anyone that is curious, it won’t allow me to scroll down to view the button. I can’t keep pulling it up on “safe mode”.
Tested this on Windows and Android Clients. The Guide Button presses are not transmitted to the VM. Instead they are processed on the Client Machine an causing all sorts of wired stuff. On Android it brings up the Launcher Home Window. On Windows it opens Game Bar, or starts a locally installed Steam. I know how to disable the most of them, but that's not my point. The Guide Button would be useful in the VM. To invoke Steam overlay, or to remap it for emulators. What´s the thing with this behavior? I mean other apps can capture this Button. (like Steam a.e.). Or is it a limitation of the Virtual Controller driver on the VM? This would be a much appreciated Feature in the client to enable the usage of this XInput Button aka Guide Button. Are there any words of a Dev regarding this?
I’ve been looking for a pc solution for my needs recently and came across Shadow as an option. I’m really excited about the opportunity, but I’ve spent the last 2 hours troubleshooting it just to have to request a full reset. When I ran Shadow all that it allowed me to select was HDMI sound. I did have a second monitor plugged in, however I removed it. Once it was removed I did a full restart once I booted Shadow up, still no sound and only detecting HDMI input (even though it’s unplugged at this point). I saw some tips to update drivers which I did, but still it only detected the HDMI sound. It wouldn’t even detect my earbuds. The sound works just fine on my physical hardware, it only doesn’t do anything when running Shadow. I’m currently waiting for a reset and hoping for the best, but having a difficult first time experience. Any tips or help?Thanks!

The icon is not there and nothing shows when I use the win+alt+O shortcut. win+alt+F works for fullscreen so the shortcuts are working and occasionally on going in or out of fullscreen I can see the quick menu for a split second. It also doesn’t auto detect resolutions when I move it from my external monitor to my laptop screen (which it used to).I have made sure the Low -End option is unchecked and the same for safe mode. Any ideas will be grateful as it is a very important feature for me to see what the stats say and tailor my connection (as I am on a pretty rubbish internet connection unfortunately!).I have the same version of the app (Launcher v4.15.9 C
Started my Shadow on my Win 10 PC and started an update then prompted me to switch to official version.Now it’s stuck at ‘step 2’ and 56% and won’t budge. I waited twenty minutes. Closed it. Reopened. Stuck at 56%. Waited ten minutes. Closed it. Reopened. Stuck at 56%.Restarted my PC to refresh IP. Reopened. Stuck at 56%. Now has been stuck for almost forty five minutes with no movement at all. Ugh.
I've noticed that the video stutters somewhat in Forza 7 and CS:GO, during fast motion. Halo MCC is the only other game I play on Shadow, but motion seems a lot better in that game. All the games are running well above 60fps. It doesn't seem to be a bandwidth or latency issue either; the Shadow speed test has never gone below 100mb bandwidth or above 30ms latency. The issue occurs on both my Apple TV and MacBook Pro. The stuttering is difficult to explain, but I've done some video editing in the past and it looks the same as when you encode a video using codecs or settings that aren't intended for fast motion. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any particular video settings that are considered optimal? Eg. full screen vs. windowed, v-sync, frame rate cap, etc. Anything else to consider? Is this just par for the course with game streaming?
I’ve been using Shadow for a few days now. I was really excited to pick it up. So far, I feel like the company is just playing a really cruel joke on me to start out the new year. A bit of information. Home Internet:500/50 MbpsConnection Info:Dallas Data Center.11ms Ping. Test Device(s):Apple TV 4K, Hardwired to router at 10Gbps CAT-6. tvOS 14.3. Apple MacBook Pro 13”, 2020, 5GHz WiFi, 864Mbps. macOS Big Sur 11.1. Both devices are (attempting) to use an Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. Results:[Apple TV] Shadow connects, starts a game. I can literally play for maybe 10-15 seconds before the video feed freezes. I then have to completely close (throw away) the shadow app, and reconnect in order to play (again, for 15s). No controller connection issues, it works exactly as expected. When running the initial setup, it gave me 70Mbps streaming for my local network. All of the recent shadow forum topics have been about critical bugs that should have not existed this far into the development of the Shadow Cloud Gaming Computer. A numerous of critical bugs that I and the community have encountered in the last week since shadows recent update -Black Screens-100% CPU usage bug- Critical Lag-screen freezing-infinite loading on startup-additional storage lag-downloading lag-control panel won't open-cannot shut down shadow in the main menu All of the critical bugs above this sentence are bugs that the community shall not and will not tolerate under any circumstances. I am soooooooo close to having my Shadow running perfectly… Actually, the cloud PC itself is working perfectly. No crashing, errors, etc. What I am having a problem with is the launcher suddenly not working. It’s there, but nothing suddenly operates. Can’t even restart or end stream. No erros. No warnings. Nothing seen in Windows on my end or on the Shadow. NOTHING. Any idea what this may be?? My internet is extremely solid and reliable with constant 100down/11up averages. There’s nothing wrong with my local machine or internet at all. That can be ruled out. What’s going on with the launcher?
I’ve tried this on both MacOS 10.14 and 10.15. If I’m running Shadow in full screen, and then when I tab out to another app, I can’t get back to Shadow. When I tab back to it, there’s just nothing. The only solution I’ve found is to quit the Shadow app and restart it. This isn’t the same as when you restart streaming, as I have to restart my Shadow in order to reconnect. I’m using the most current version of the MacOS app, but unfortunately, going to Shadow -> About this Application doesn’t seem to work. But the Get Info tab of the app says it’s 5.0.868. This is a big bug. Please fix it!
Right, here goes, I joined the world off shadow about a year and a half ago, I waited for the memory upgrade and was fortunate to succeed with the most recent allocation, trouble is I don't think I have received it! I am a complete numpty where computers are concerned and having tried the restart Windows etc, I fear I have failed.. Can someone please tell me a number I should look for to check and compare, I believe I'm paying for an extra 500gb on top of initial allocation of 250? When on steam, i can still only download 3 or 4 games, does this sound about right. My games are world of warships, uboat, fm15 and a random cheap golf game, any help greatly appreciated.
