Downloading through steam cycles between 0B/s and 60Mb/s.
Any idea as to why this is occurring?
I have Shadow Boost and plenty of disk space.

Lots of reasons, overwhelmed Content delivery Network, decompression of assets, low availability of SAN IO requests. At the end of the day the game will still be downloaded. -Gelgoog
