after i start up my shadow, i just get a black screen, i see the quick menu icon at the top but no mouse cursor. i can hit windows+alt+o to pull up quick menu then turn shadow off. no idea what to do.

thats been done by several ppl including myself its gotten to a point they not even replying to anyone
