Joystick showing up as Xbox controller

Hello,

I have two Thrust Master 16000M joysticks connected to my PC and the Shadow sees them as xbox controllers. I have the updated drivers for them installed. They used to work before and could be properly configured when we had the option to “mount” USB devices and now they no longer register properly and they cant be configured. Please help it’s been months and my emails to tech support basically told me to wait for the next version.

Hey Craven, unfortunately Support is the best place to go for this type of issue. If you’re still experiencing this issue, please contact support to see if there have been any updates. I’m closing this thread due to inactivity, but want to note that we’re working on ways to more directly report issues like this as bugs for the team to investigate :)
