I’ve been unable to launch Shadow today. Tried in both Shadow and Shadow Beta desktop mac applications. Deleted and reinstalled a fresh copy just in case that was the issue. Still same problem, the launcher just hangs on “Starting Shadow” for hours on end and then eventually says “Your shadow is off”. Hitting start shadow repeats the process.

The same thing was happening to me but i just found out it was a BSOD

Do one more freash install from the website. Wait a hour and let the process go threw it's motions. After that try to connect. If your still having issues how are you trying to connect to shadow? PC? Phone? Tablet? Is it a major isp or LTE?

So then how did you fix the BSOD I can't open shadow it still says starting shadow?
