legacy customers should use initial interface

hello im an old shadow member and have been inactive for a few months and now i wanna reorder my shadow so i clicked the "preorder" button whatever that means and then i filled out the inforomation and logged in
and then an error message saying legacy customers should use our initial interface and the i clicked continue and logged in to the legacy site and then it threw me to the account page and then i said "preorder" again and the same thing happened please help

Sorry to hear that you are unable to resubscribe properly. Our checkout process is getting updated at the moment.


The easiest way to resolve this is to sign up using a new email address you have not used to sign up for before.


Changing your email to another one and then signing up using your original email works too.
