I´m using shadow on my windows 10 laptop. Everything has been fine for the 10+ months that I´m using shadow now. When I tried opening the launcher this week, it requested that I should login using my browser. However, when clicking on the corresponding button nothing happened. My default browser is Chrome, but it also didnt work with any other browser. I tried a few thing I found online (date & time settings, firewall, incognito mode) but nothing helped. I even tried to reset my PC (planned to do that anyways). But still, the browser login doesnt work.
Is there anything else I could try? This is unfortunately a very annoying situation, as I've been paying for a service I can't use for almost a week now. However, without having backed up my data, I don't want to cancel my subscription either. I have already contacted customer service, but unfortunately they have not been able to help me yet.
