Shadow is don’t recognize my new logitech G29, it’s not showing up on Logitech G hub. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Some gaming mice do not show up unless you use a USB3 port - and can take a few minutes to appear, if you have not already done so try that. (my Corsair mouse wont show up unless its in a USB3) if not that I don’t know is the next answer.
I don’t only have usb 2.0….but the laptop from my girlfriend have 3.0, tried at that one, no result. Having contact with shadow support to fix this…..
