Logitech G432 Mic don´t work

Hello folks,

I have a problem with my headset. I have a Logitech G432 headset. The playback works so far. Only the stupid microphone doesn't work. I have forwarded the headset via USB in the Shadow Client. However, nothing arrives on Shadow. The mic just stays muted no matter what I do. Does anyone have any ideas or similar problems with the USB microphone?

I am using the latest version of the Shadow Client version v3.16.10.
The whole thing works fine locally, but not in or with the Shadow Client.

Have you already followed our guide? https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360017466214-How-to-Connect-a-Microphone-to-Shadow

 

For now, I recommend making sure to enable your mic under microphones in the Shadow Quick Menu and not under USB Peripherals as that can possibly cause the sound to not work.

I was able to solve the problem by deactivating the headset in USB Forwarding, i.e. unchecking the box and checking the Mic tab. After that it worked. It took me over 1 year to get the mic to work because I didn't know what to do with it. 🤦🏻 I had given up in the meantime
