If youre on Mac running Catalina and are using an external mouse and when in locked mode the mouse doesnt want to move in Shadow try:

Go to system preferences, click security & privacy, and check "AEServer" while adding the Shadow app to both Accessibility and Input Monitoring.

This helped users before, and I hope it helps you too!

Hello.

I am having the issue you are describing.

I have added the Shadow app and Shadow beta to both Accessibility and Input Monitoring.

I have also checked AESever in Accessibility.

But my cursor is still locked in place in locked mode.

Do you know what else I could do in order to fix it?

Try disabling your trackpad, shutting down your mac, shutting down Shadow, starting your mac, starting Shadow.
