Mobile typing in specific program

Hello. I have been really enjoying Shadow since my activation on Wednesday. I experienced really great customer customer service on a technical issue upon activation. Things have been pretty good so far.

 I have noticed that I am unable to type into “saving as boxes” of a specific Windows program from my mobile app on my IPhone 10. The program is Blender 2.83. (3D animation software) So far this is the only program that I have noticed such an issue on the mobile app. It’s also the program that I use the most.

You should open a ticket with support then and let them know of the issue)

The workaround is to call up the windows onscreen keyboard and use it to type. 
 

 

This is one of the more impressive messes I’ve ever seen.

Gaijin, thanks for the FYI. I’ll have to give it a try. I really don’t feel the need at this point for a ticket from support if the onscreen keyboard works out.
